What does it take to garden in Colorado?

It’s a question I’ve answered for people in many ways over my 10 years of experience in the horticulture industry in Colorado.

I asked myself the same question in 2006 as a transplant from the Midwest. It led me to gaining a large base of plant knowledge and cultural practices with a new career in the process.

During this time, I was certified as a Colorado Nursery Professional in 2011.

I’ve grown vegetable gardens, started seeds for transplanting and added fruit trees, bulbs, perennials, shrubs, grasses, groundcovers and evergreens to my own landscape.

In short- gardening in Colorado is not easy but it can be done and done well.

Let me know how I can help you make one of the most rewarding investments in your landscape with a consultation or service.
